Carrie did amazing dishes for me and my son on a double celebration.  The dishes went down so well, that even some of the guest asked her for the recipes! I  would definitely recommend Carrie and have her cater for other parties in the future….

I had the pleasure to experience Carrie’s amazing cooking skills on a few occasions. A three course French themed dinner where I was served delightful snails, perfectly cooked succulent lamb chops and a double baked melt-in-my mouth soufflé. More recently Carrie prepared a tasting menu which consisted of 8 courses with corresponding wines. Each course was well thought through but at the same time all of them together created a cohesive and fantastic dining experience. My favourites were two pepper soup, chorizo stuffed plaice with roasted tomatoes & peppered sapphire as well as the ostrich fillet with ginger and orange sauce. I appreciate Carrie’s dexterity and attention to details where even smallest aspects of the dining journey are thought of, e.g. home baked bread or palette cleansing sorbets.

Carrie’s a very skilful chef and I would thoroughly recommend her services and I can’t wait until next time I get another opportunity to sample her cooking.
